ROVEL college is a private school, owned by ROVEL^TM Joint Stock Company , with a registered office in Sofia City. The company was established on the 20-th of June 1995, in Sofia City, for the purpose to design and construct an up-to-date building, by European standards, as well as, to educate children and elders by modern patterns of education.
